In Slovenia you can spend the night in a large number of mountain huts. The huts in the high-elevation areas are mostly open during the summer months, elsewhere year-round or weekends only.

Our club owns and supplies four mountain huts (cottages) in the Julian Alps and a hut and a small bivouac in the Kamnik-Savinja Alps.

As a member of the club or a member of the UIAA association with the bilateral agreement you receive:

• a discount on sleeping in our and PZS huts (majority of mountain huts in Slovenia),

• as well as a discount on purchases at selected stores.

We guarantee that your basic needs will be met in all our huts:

• accommodation (bed in a room or in a dormitory, bed sheets and blankets included),

• warm meals (also domestic dishes served) and drinks,

• toilets and water,

• information (interesting tours, walk to the huts in the neighbourhood).
